Security Cleared Candidates
Hiring security cleared staff can be a challenge. Recruitment within the security cleared market has always been challenging. The vast majority of professionals do not advertise their clearance level on generic job boards and social media, so the pool of available candidates is small. A full Security Check Clearance process can take between 1-3 months to complete prior to the candidate starting work. Gaining SC Clearance will normally require a residency in the UK for a minimum of five years.
